You may be wondering
What is the Muscle Mastery score?
It is impossible to improve what we can't measure. If I was to ask you what the biggest organ in the body is, you would probably think it is the skin. In reality it is the muscles. This score came to be after I was diagnosed with type 2 Diabetes.
In a desperate quest to undo and reverse the damage as much as possible I started reading a lot of research on the topic and applying everything I was learning in the process. What I discovered is that your muscles are your metabolic currency. As a society we are not over fat, we are under muscled.
High muscle mass is more predictive of a long life than any other metric we have. The one metric that determines your all cause mortality is your grip strength.
The Muscle Mastery score will give you an insight into where you are right now and where you need to improve in order to achieve optimal lean muscle mass.
